I am not a simple person. I like expensive food, fine wine, classy clothes...
I spent more than an hour contemplating what it is I really dream. I came to realise that while I have extensive and expensive taste when it comes to life, my actual aspirations are far from fantastic. Get a career in an enjoyable field, own a nice car, learn to (properly) swing dance, ride a giraffe... And then it hit me. There is nothing I dream of more than to be able to ride a wild giraffe across the African sunset. To feel that carefree excitement without worry or responsibility, and just let myself take off. It might not be the most exciting dream, nor the most original, inspirational or imaginative, but it's MY dream. And I wanna ride a $@#%ing giraffe. I look like a girl. Not only in this artwork. It's ammm intresting..... The Giraffe dosent look right to me Looks cool in a stange sorta waY : ) I modeled the giraffe's head after more of a horse, so it's a bit disproportional.
